Hebrew Roots, what is it? I have been on this amazing journey of learning the Hebrew roots of my Christian faith. I invite you to take you on this journey with me. 

The Bible, mainly the Old Testament (Torah) was written in Hebrew. Through this journey I discovered in order for us to understand the Bible in the context of how it was written we have to be able to understand the culture and the mindset of the people as God was speaking to them. 

Why is was written? The way it was written and when it was written? 

Also, understanding that the Hebrew language is very complex, multi-dimensional, with one word having multiple meanings. The English translation of the Bible does not give us the fullness of the power of the word for it to be sharper than a two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12).
